The Saluda Faculty Meeting prior to INS will commence at 1pm on Sunday 10th May, with an optional lunch from 12pm. Please use this link to register and to advise us of your travel and accommodation requirements.

1. You will be paid any required prep time and also 4 hours consulting time for the meeting itself
2. We can arrange and pay for your flights, but from a compliance perspective the arrival and return should only be for the duration that you are undertaking work for Saluda Medical (Sunday to Monday)
   1. However, if you wish to take a return flight at the end of the congress and the total cost is the same or less as the flights would be if you left straight after the Faculty Meeting, then we can still cover this
   2. If the cost is higher, then we would need to ask you to pay the difference
   3. If you have already booked and paid your flights for INS and in order to attend the Faculty Meeting you need to pay a flight change fee, we can cover the cost of this
   4. If required on the Sunday evening, we can also provide accommodation for you in our hotel block and cover the cost of this
   5. If there is not a suitable flight option on Sunday morning, then accommodation can also be provided on Saturday evening
   6. Please note – we are not permitted to cover congress registration and if you wish to attend the INS sessions you would need to pay for your own registration
